Oral hygiene is important for the health of your smile. The second thing you should do is have a healthy and balanced diet. To do so, you should avoid smile-harming foods and drinks that wear away the tooth enamel and promote cavities (sugary and acidic foods and drinks). You should also consume as much dairy products, water, milk, vegetables, and fruits as possible.

The third thing you should do is use fluoride dental products. This is recommended because fluoride strengthens and nourishes the teeth, helping them prevent dental issues. So, as you clean your smile, make sure to use fluoride toothpaste and fluoride mouthwash (the latter if you choose to rinse daily).
